Instructors

Integrated Defense Group’s Instructors are all highly qualified instructors with diverse backgrounds in Law Enforcement, Military, Special Forces and Professional Firearm Instruction. The diverse backgrounds of our instructors let us bring our students the most cutting edge armed and unarmed training available. Our instructors are also available to travel anywhere is the US for seminars and classes from two to five days.

Mark Manning

Mr. Manning is the Director of Integrated Defense Group. He specializes in comprehensive church security training programs, risk mitigiation, and basic-advanced firearms training. Mark has been teaching firearms training, martial arts, close quarters combat and personal protection for over 35 years. He is a certified national firearms instructor with the USCCA. He is a NRA Certified Range Safety Officer. Mark and his team speclizes in Active Shooter Training for Schools, Churches & Businesses to prepare them for possible violent threats. Mark is also a active competitor in United States Practical Shooting Association, the International Practical Shooting Confederation, Police Practical Combat Pistol other action & combat pistol matches.

Dario Poledica

Mr. Poledica has been in law enforcement for over 25 years. He started his career as a Trumbull County Corrections Officer and was part of the cell extraction response team. From there he moved on to the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office as their Field Training Officer, and then later on to detective. He was also part of Tri-County Drug Task Force and Crisis Intervention Team. Mr. Poledica is very experienced in real life violent situations as he has been involved in some of the most dangerous calls and active shooter situations in Trumbull County.

Steve Martin

Mr. Martin has over 27 years of experience in firearms training, competition coaching, home defense, firearms sales and service, safety instruction and commercial custom reloading. Steve is seasoned national competitor and match director. He has also earned the Grand Master classification of the United States Practical Shooting Association and is a Chief Range Officer of the National Range Officers Institute. Mr. Martin is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association and the United States Practical Shooting Association. His enthusiasm and love of the shooting sports form the foundation of his dynamic instruction for people of all ages and skill levels. ​

Edmundo Salero U.S. Army (Retired)

Mr. Salero is a 30-year U.S. Army Veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. His military career began with the Ohio Army National Guard, then went active duty with 82nd Airborne Division Long Range Surveillance Detachment. His unit operated behind enemy lines conducting covert missions. He also served in special operations in South Korea and 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Mr. Salero was also an instructor for the rifle, pistol, demolition, and close quarter battle CQB for the special forces units and regular Army.
